If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund – just contact us! After your bike ships, if you are not happy with it for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of its arrival date. Because indoor cycles are heavy items and shipping is expensive, we have to charge $200 restocking fee on the return that will be deducted from your refund. If your bike was delivered via threshold delivery – you must return it in its original boxes with the user manual and charger. If your bike is returned in damaged condition, at our sole discretion we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge additional restocking fees.
