It is built at our manufacturing partner's factory in Taiwan. We partnered with one of the leading cardio equipment manufacturers in the world to bring you a product that is beautiful, reliable and fun to ride.

In our experience the bike takes 30-45 minutes to put together.

The bike does not come with dumbbells, but we do recommend you buy 2, 3 or 5 pound ones that are easily placed at the back of the bike.

At the end of the workout, please clean the touchscreen with microfiber cloth and wipe the sweat from the bike frame with damp cloth. After cleaning the frame, please dry it thoroughly. For more detailed care instructions, please see the bike’s owner’s manual. Can I use my heart monitor with Stryde? Our tablet supports Ant+ and Bluetooth connectivity. We have not added functionality to show the data in the Stryde app, but we are intending to do so in the near future.
